Location: Bodija, Ibadan
A customer service assistant is the primary point of contact between VCASH and its existing or potential subscribers. If customers want to register, fund account, withdraw, find information or get advice, or make a complaint, they will talk to VCASH customer service assistant.
Customer service assistants may work with customers by phone, email, online chat, SMS , Social media or in person.
-Minimum Bachelors degree from an accredited university
-Previous customer service, care or support experience and ability to demonstrate same
